Classic Tube Laser Cutting Machine

The Bodor K Series fiber laser cutter is designed for high-precision tube cutting with an integrated cover design for full protection and quick on-site installation. Equipped with the Bodor Genius T laser head featuring a needle nose and auto-focus, it efficiently cuts various pipe types, including angle steel, channel, and I-beams. The machine automatically adjusts the focal point during operation, ensuring optimal cutting performance across different metal thicknesses without manual intervention.

Built on an all-welded milled bed made from rectangular tubes, the K Series enhances material utilization with rear jaws that allow pipes to pass through the front chuck, reducing tail length to just 70mm and achieving a 99% material usage rate. The automatic lubrication system ensures smooth, high-speed operation by maintaining proper oil levels and alerting the control program when refilling is needed, significantly extending the lifespan of the mechanical guides.
