The Bodor M Series fiber laser cutter is designed for precision cutting of long pipes, offering a load capacity of up to 1,800 kg and accommodating pipe lengths of up to 12 meters with clamp sizes up to 450 mm. Equipped with four chucks, it minimizes material waste while ensuring efficient and accurate cutting. The ±45° bevel cutting capability allows for seamless part joining, making it ideal for complex fabrications.

With an intelligent auto-load and unload function, cutting can begin with just one click, while the servo drive efficiently separates and feeds tubes at high speed. The CNC self-centering chuck with position control automatically adjusts to the pipe size, ensuring secure and precise clamping. A brand-new dust-proof design enhances durability, ensuring long-term, uninterrupted operation.

Built with a high-strength cast iron bed reinforced with nodular graphite, the M Series offers exceptional shock absorption, wear resistance, and long-term accuracy without deformation. The automatic lubrication system provides stable, cost-effective maintenance by ensuring optimal oil levels and alerting the control program when refilling is needed, significantly extending the lifespan of the mechanical guides.

Synchronous Processing

Flexible Cutting Diameters

Featuring the square-round structure chuck, the M Series allows the cutting of round tubes as well as square tubes within the same chuck, giving you added flexibility.

Active Obstacle Avoidance

Self-developed servo-following sensors and path avoidance algorithms can accurately sense obstacles in the position changes of the tube edges, and plan the obstacle avoidance route in advance.

Weld Seam ID (Optional)

Equipped with a high-sensitivity ultra-clear camera and AI self-learning function, it precisely identifies weld seam positions, enabling cutting avoidance.
